Basic steps of offline programming of AOI tester equipment

After purchasing our equipment, many customers have different learning levels based on workshop workers. Therefore, even though our inspection software has built-in operating tutorials, we will still send technicians to conduct programming and maintenance training, but even so, there are still The customer calls for consultation and asks for remote training. According to statistics, the problem with remote training of AOI detector lies in the basic steps. For this reason, we have prepared an article on this issue here. This article is mainly suitable for offline type. AOI detector equipment. Before I describe the operation steps, I must explain that there are no typos in the following content. Learners can turn on the AOI detector device and follow this article step by step. Some machines and detection principles are involved in the steps to deepen the understanding of operators.

   1. Turn on the AOI detector equipment, safety lock, and the three power supplies of the host. At this time, please check whether the emergency button is in the pop-up state. If it is in the pressed state, turn it to the left to make it pop-up;

   2. Prepare a standard PCB printed circuit board that is currently produced without process problems, and snap it into the PCB splint;

        3. Start the detection software. There are three buttons “New”, “Open” and “Return to main interface” in the interface. It is assumed that the PCB on the PCB splint has not been programmed in the machine before, or the machine has not saved the PCB Data, click “New”. “New” belongs to the highest device management authority, so you need to enter the management password, and then enter the operation wizard. The first step of the wizard requires setting the starting point of the PCB. The starting point here refers to two points on the diagonal of the PCB. The accuracy is not strict;

       4. After setting the start and end points, enter the MARK point setting. The function of the MARK point is that because there is a certain deviation in the position of the board each time, the CCD camera of the AOI detector device will track the two MARK points and use this as a reference automatically Adjust the detection surface image. Therefore, the two MARK points cannot be set in parallel, otherwise, when the PCB board is tilted to one side, the CCD camera will not be able to accurately adjust the image, so it still needs to be set diagonally, and it is recommended to cross the diagonal line of the PCB start and end points. It should be noted that the greater the distance between the two MARK points, the greater the effect of the MARK point.

   5. After the MARK point is set, it will enter the component registration, usually requiring registration of all components on the PCB. Our AOI detector equipment detection and analysis software has built-in commonly used selection boxes such as resistors and capacitors, which is convenient to reduce operations. For example, the resistor is composed of three ordinary frames, which reduces the two-step operation and greatly reduces the programming time. After selecting the range of each component, right-click and select “Test Point Registration”;

       6. After completing these operations, press F2 on the keyboard, and then click “Settings” at the bottom of the real-time screen. In the pop-up mode setting dialog box, select the debugging method as “All debugging” and “Batch learning confirmation”, and other options The default is fine. After confirming the settings, click the “test button” at the bottom of the live screen to learn. The purpose of this step is to save all the selected components as standard components in the host. After the test button is executed, the standard component confirmation diagram will pop up. After confirmation, the AOI programming work ends.

   Seven. Then you can put in the PCB for normal testing. It should be noted that when testing, you should change “All debugging” to “Normal testing” in the settings at the bottom of the real-time screen.
